Rosette Ltd is hotels, apartments, spa etc supplier, therefore we regret that we are unable to supply goods for individual’s private use.  All of our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Website Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions:

“Conditions” means the Terms and Conditions set out in this contract.

“Contract” means the contract for the sale of Goods formed in accordance with Section 2. below;

“Customer” means the person purchasing Goods from Rosette Ltd;

“Goods” means Rosette Ltd goods purchased by the Customer;

“Writing” includes electronic transmission and equivalent means of communication.

1. Any reference in these Conditions to any provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.

1.1. Basis of Sale (Formation of Contract) & Variations

2. The Contract shall be formed either upon Rosette Ltd communicating its acceptance of the Customer’s order in writing or any other form of communications.

2.1 The above Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy shall apply to and form part of the Contract for the sale and purchase of Rosette Ltd Goods. No terms and/or conditions which the Customer may seek to change and/ or enforce shall apply or have effect on the agreed contract. Any changes to the agreement by the customer shall not be binding unless agreed in Writing between the customer and Rosette Ltd.

2.2 Any advice or suggestions involving to the use of Goods, made by Rosette Ltd, either in packaging or in response to a specific enquiry, are given in good faith, but it is the Customer responsibility to use the goods for the purpose intended to and to the extent it is lawful to do so. Therefore, Rosette Ltd hereby clearly excludes itself from responsibility and/or liability for breaches of conditions and guarantees implied by law.

2.3 Rosette Ltd have the right to cancel any order placed by the customer at any time prior to dispatch of the Goods if the customer has not paid full sum and/or is not available to receive the goods or request goods be to deliver to a different address other than agreed in advance with Rosette Ltd. Hereunder the customer would be considered liable for Rosette Ltd full cost of delivery.

The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 3 days of placing with Rosette Ltd for full refund. The customer must inform Rosette Ltd in writing or any other communication means agreed with Rosette Ltd.


3. Specifications

Rosette Ltd reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform with any safety measures or other legal requirements. These measures shall be taken by Rosette Ltd without affecting the goods quality. This decision of goods improvement shall be taking solely by Rosette Ltd,

4. Price & VAT

4.1 Prices are subject to change without notice and the Goods shall be subject to the price current on the day of acceptance of the Customer’s order by Rose Ltd. Rosette Ltd shall endeavour to keep prices at reasonable price. All prices are exclusive of delivery and VAT. The add UK tax value shall be payable by the customer.

4.2 Prices are quoted exclusive of delivery and administration charges referred to in Section 4.1 all of which shall be payable by the Customer.

5. Payment

Payments on our website are powered by……..  Upon check out of your order, you will be redirected to……… secure hosted payment page where you can pay by the following credit and debit cards:

Visa credit, Visa debit, Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, JCB, Visa Electron and Maestro.

Payment for each order will be taken from your debit/credit card at the point at which the order is despatched.

The customer agrees that:

i) all details provided to us for the purpose of purchasing goods are correct; and

ii) the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from is your own or your company’s card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us. 

6. Delivery and Acceptance

6.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s usual point of delivery unless notified otherwise when the Customer’s order is placed, and shall be charged at the rates detailed in the Delivery schedule.

6.2 RosetteLtd shall attempt to meet any dates quoted for delivery but shall not be liable for any variation in the delivery date of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by an authorised representative of Rosette Ltd in Writing and/or other means of communication.

It is the customer responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery and shall promptly notify Rosette Ltd of missing or damaged goods. If Rosette Ltd is not notified of any missing and/ or damaged goods within three days, the goods shall be considered accepted by the customer.

6.3 Rosette Ltd shall have no liability to the Customer in the event that any failure on the part of the Customer to promptly notify Rorette Ltd results in Rosette Ltd being unable to successfully claim against its carrier in respect of such non-delivery, loss or damage.

6.4 Rosette Ltd have the right to refuse to leave the Goods at the point of delivery if the Customer is either unavailable or refuses to sign the delivery note. When such Goods are re-delivered Rosette Ltd reserve the right to make additional charges for the resultant administration and carriage costs.

6.5 The customer shall notify Rosette Ltd of any damaged goods. Rosette Ltd shall replace all damaged goods or refund full amount in the event of good unavailability.

7. Risk and Property in the Goods

All goods shall remain the property of Rosette Ltd until the customer has paid all sums for the good and/or delivery and administration due in full. Failure to do so the customer hereby grant Rosette Ltd a license to enter upon its premises to repossess the goods.

8. Warranties & Liabilities

8.1 All goods delivered by Rosette Ltd should be free any damage and should be correspond with their specification at the time of delivery,

8.2 The above warranty is given Rosette Ltd subject to the condition that Rosette Ltd shall be under no liability in regard of any damage arising from fair wear and tear, and abnormal storage conditions on the customer side.

8.3 Save as (option) may be provided in the Contract, nothing in Rosette Ltd’s sales and advertising literature and no statement made by any of its employees or agents shall be incorporated in the Contract and the Customer acknowledges that no reliance has been placed on any such material or statement.

8.4 Rosette Ltd shall not be accountable to the Customer or be considered to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to execute, any of Rosette Ltd obligations in regard to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Rosette Ltd reasonable control as judged by Rosette Ltd.

8.5 If this Section applies then the price of the Goods shall become immediately due and payable and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Rosette Ltd, Rosette Ltd shall be entitled to suspend any further deliveries or ask for payment in advance of delivery without any liability to the Customer.

9. General

Rosette Ltd shall have the right to take legal action against the customer, individual, or company uses Rosette Ltd company image, logo, or trade mark image of the goods supplied as part of the contract in publicity material without Rosette Ltd prior written consent.

9.1 The purpose of the contract is formed fully for the benefit of both parties and it is not designed to benefit one party.


9.2 The contract and all prescribed and non-Prescribed rights emerges out of it shall be administered and interpreted in according with the law of the UK.

When such Goods are re-delivered Rosette Ltd reserve the right to make additional charges for the resultant administration and carriage costs.

6.5 The customer shall notify Rosette Ltd of any damaged goods. Rosette Ltd shall replace all damaged goods or refund full amount in the event of good unavailability.

7. Risk and Property in the Goods

All goods shall remain the property of Rosette Ltd until the customer has paid all sums for the good and/or delivery and administration due in full. Failure to do so the customer hereby grant Rosette Ltd a license to enter upon its premises to repossess the goods.
